Scientific Paper/Poster abstract rules and guidelines
Guidelines for abstract submission
- Only individual entries allowed.
- Only one abstract can be submitted per person.
- Original research articles or case reports are allowed.
- Mode of presentation to be mentioned: Oral paper or Poster.
- Any plagiarism, if found will lead to automatic disqualification.
- The research must have an Institutional Ethics Committee clearance.
- No images/ videos in abstract.
- Word limit: 300.
- Do not enter any personal details or institution names in the abstract, as it will make grounds for disqualification.
- After review by the scientific committee, the abstracts sent for oral paper may be converted to posters as per the scientific committee review. The decision of the scientific committee is final.
- Further details regarding e-poster dimensions, format, paper power point presentation guidelines will be intimated to the selected participants. Now submit only Abstract as per the format given below .
